Before you attempt to login, ensure that your wireless card is enabled.
You must have DHCP enabled on your wireless connection (also called "Obtain an IP address automatically").
Macintosh
users must install a piece of software called Cisco Clean Access Agent on their computer to log on.
Administrative access is required to install the client.
Step 1: Open a web browser and try to visit a web site. The browser will redirect you to a login page.
Step 2: Type in your my.calpoly username and password, and click "Continue".
You will be prompted to for download the CCA Agent.
Step 3: Click on the button to begin downloading the CCA Agent.
Step 4: Accept the download.
Step 5: Extract and run the file.
Step 6: Click through the Cisco Clean Access Agent Installation Wizard. Click Finish when done.
Step 7: When installation is complete, if you are connected to MustangWireless you will be prompted to login. Enter your Cal Poly user name and password. And click "Login".
Step 8: Cisco Clean Access will notify you that you have successfully logged into the network. At this point you have access to the campus network and the Internet
.
NOTE: The Cisco Clean Access Agent must be running in the system tray to connect to MustangWireless.
